Windows 10 is released on 29th July. If your PC qualifies and have reserved it you will get asked when to install it.
If reserved, your PC will have been downloading some installation files from the internet in the background to speed the upgrade up!
JPC advise that you install all your Microsoft updates to get to these stages. There will be high demand on the day, and could be problems downloading. We recommend waiting a few weeks before installing so avoid any problems.
Please back up all your important data before attempting any of the above. JPC cannot take any responsibility for loss of data if attempting the Windows upgrade.
