I had a problem connecting my printer to my computer. Jeff sorted it out for me pretty quickly. He is professional, polite and easy to talk to. Whenever I’ve had any problems with my computer, I always call on Jeff to put things right. He also did a health check on my PC and sorted out my updates. His prices are reasonable and he took £5.00 off the full cost as I am a pensioner. Good on you, Jeff!
I phoned up on Tuesday morning and spoke to Jeff directly, he and I discussed my problem and agreed that he would come out on Wednesday evening. He phoned me Wednesday morning asking if he could come out earlier, at Wednesday lunchtime. I agreed and he turned up promptly at Wednesday lunchtime and within 30 minutes he had resolved the issue and got the computer working. Brilliant customer service! Thank you.
