As a valued customer of JPC, we wanted to update you on the steps we are taking to help minimise the spread of COVID-19 (Coronavirus).

We are continuing to follow and monitor official guidance from the UK Government and Public Health Wales carefully. It is of vital importance for us to be in a position to ensure that procedures are in place to support the health and well-being of our customers and JPC.

We have safety measures in place:

  • Educating ourselves on prevention.
  • Social distancing
  • Emphasizing frequent and proper hand washing
  • Cleaning of hands before and after visits (hand sanitiser in car)
  • Wearing face masks in customer’s premises, washing and changing these on a daily basis

We are trialling remote control software to work on your computer (after your permission is given). Some problems will allow us to do this providing your internet connection is fast enough. Payment will be by card or bank transfer. Other problems would still require a visit, so please contact us to discuss any issues and the best way of solving them.

Consider a PC Healthcheck if it’s been a year since our last visit

Especially if your Antivirus software needs renewing. These can be by remote control.

Finally…

If feeling unwell, please do not request visits until you are feeling better as a precaution to JPC and our customers. If so, please consider the remote control alternative to a visit or a collect & return service at additional cost.
 
In line with government guidance, we are continuing to operate as usual. We will continue to keep in touch and follow official guidance from the UK Government and Public Health Wales carefully.
