As a valued customer, we wanted to update you on the steps we are taking to help minimise the spread of COVID-19.

We are continuing to follow and monitor official guidance from the UK Government and Public Health Wales carefully. It is of vital importance for us to be in a position to ensure that procedures are in place to support the health and well-being of our customers and JPC.

To help combat the spread of COVID-19, we have been putting precautionary safety measures in place, including:

· Educating ourselves on prevention.
· Emphasizing frequent and proper hand washing
· Cleaning of hands before and after home/office visits (hand sanitiser in car)
We are trialling remote control software to enable us to work on your computer remotely (only after your permission is given to connect). Some problems will allow us to do this providing your internet connection is fast enough & payment by card can be taken over the phone or bank transfer. Other problems would still require a visit, so please contact us to discuss any issues and the best way of solving them.
It may be a good opportunity for your computer to receive a Healthcheck – particularly if it has been over a year since our last visit or your Antivirus software needs renewing. This could be done by remote control.
If you feel unwell, please do not request any home/office visits until you are feeling better as a precaution to JPC and other customers but please consider the remote control alternative to a visit.
In line with government guidance, we are continuing to operate as usual. We will continue to keep in touch with you and follow official guidance from the UK Government and Public Health Wales carefully.
