I’m writing to my valued customers to inform you that sadly after 16 years I am having to close J Parkins Computing. This is due to the changes in technology (most people are using phones or tablets more than computers) and more recently the increased cost of living, where everyone is rightly having to spend less on non-essential items.
It’s been a privilege to work for you over the years. I have enjoyed going into your houses and our conversations whilst fixing your technology.
JPC will close on 17 June but I will be available until then if you need assistance for final healthchecks / training / security / upgrades / setups / transfers of data etc whilst I am waiting for my contract to come through. After that I will be working full-time for an organisation so it will be difficult for me to provide support in the evenings or weekends.
I do not know other IT Support companies to recommend and I have always promised not to sell your contact details elsewhere.
