Established in 2006 by Jeff Parkins, J Parkins Computing (JPC) brings together over 20 years of experience in the industry.
JPC are based in Swansea and also cover Neath & Port Talbot and Llanelli, offering a mobile PC repair service to home and business customers.
JPC are a member of The Federation of Small Businesses (FSB)
Prices
- No callout fee.
- First 90 minutes cost £55 per home PC. Most problems are solved within this time.
- Prices are capped at a maximum of £110 per home PC (excluding parts).
- Discounts for OAPs.

Jeff sorted out my Email problems to my great satisfaction. He is very professional and demonstrates a high degree of knowledge in this area. He provides a reduced charge to ‘Seniors’.
My 5 year old laptop had ground to a halt, caught in a loop which I couldn’t break into!
Jeff investigated and replaced the hard disc which had been damaged. He offered advice and a choice of new discs and completed the job within a week. He reinstated pretty well all I’d had stored. He was pleasant and easy to deal with. Costs seemed reasonable, though I’m no expert!
The hard-drive of our church laptop was damaged and we need files to be recovered. JPC were able to identify the problem and recover all our files. We were kept informed of progress throughout. Thank you.
An early Christmas present in the form of Jeff Parkins getting my PC to speak to my new printer, had trouble for the last month achieving that state. As an 80 year old struggling with this IT world it was a happy development. Jeff turned up at my home promptly and was very helpful with explanations and advice, plus getting me updated with AntiVirus software. Thank you Jeff.
